The Planets & The Heavens Date / Time    03/13/2010   7:30 p.m. Venue Alberta Bair Theater Partner Billings Symphony Society A collaboration between our Billings Symphony Chorale and our local Skyview High School chorus that begins with Poulenc’s Gloria and will take listeners to new heights as they watch actual footage from the Hubble Space Telescope on screens on either side of the stage above the orchestra while they perform Holst’s The Planets.Thought to be Holst’s crowning achievement, The Planets was inspired by his fascination for astrology.
