Rimrock Opera Anounces Opera 101
Opera 101: Backstage at the Opera is a series of classes focusing on Rimrock Opera's upcoming production of Bizet’s beloved ”Carmen." Taught by general director Douglas Nagel, the classes explore Bizet's music including live guest performances and CD listening for the novice or experienced opera lover. Learn about opera, hear live performances from the cast of "Carmen." Discussion and Q and A are a big part of class. Enrollment is limited and class sells out quickly.
Bizet's "Carmen" will be produced by Rimrock Opera Company.
Performance dates are March 28th and 29th at the Alberta Bair Theater Billings, MT

Class members are invited to a 'closed' first dress rehearsal of the opera, at the Alberta Bair Theater, Tuesday, March 24, at 7:00 P.M. -- an exclusive sneak peek “behind-curtain” in the theater during the mounting of a mainstage production.
